Product or Service Concerns:

The quickest and most efficient way of responding to any product or service concerns is to contact our helpful and knowledgeable Customer Support team. At SVAT, our goal is 100% customer satisfaction and the best way to achieve this is through communication. We want to hear from you! Not only can we provide you with assistance and a resolution, but your feedback can also help us to improve our products and our services.

The process for complaints is as follows:

1. Please contact our Customer Support team by phone, fax, or email by visiting the Contact SVAT page and using the email form provided. You can also logon for Live Web Chat which is available from 9am-7pm EST Monday to Friday. Our Customer Support team is ready to assist you with any questions or concerns that you may have!
2. If a Customer Support Representative is unable to assist you with your specific inquiry, your concerns will be escalated by the Customer Support Representative to a Customer Support Supervisor or Manager for further review.
3. Most issues and concerns are resolved quickly by our Customer Support team however if you are still unsatisfied with our resolution, please use the form below to forward your complaint to the Office of the President for further review. You will receive a response as soon as possible, however please be advised that this may take up to 5 business days from the day it is received.
